A determined, motivated Recruitment Consultant is required. Reporting directly to management you will be required to identify potential Clients through a clear sales process and source suitable Candidates through face to face interviews, placing the suitable Candidates in both short and long term contracts, whilst ensuring exceptional customer service generates ongoing repeat business. You will have the very latest database, along with no restrictions on geographical coverage.
You must have an excellent track record within the recruitment industry along with the following skills;
Have excellent communication skills and the ability to consistently build strong relationships with both external and internal customers.
Be comfortable working in a targeted environment, with evidence to back up your impressive track record of business-to-business sales.
Thrive in an environment where customer service is key and used to multi tasking and achieving tight deadlines.
