A leading organisation located in Peterborough is seeking an HR Systems and MI Consultant to join a busy and dynamic team. This is a vital position within the team and essential to the success of the division.
Key Responsibilities:
- To deliver highly accurate and timely MI from HR systems both on an ad-hoc basis and regular basis.
- Delivery of ad-hoc and scheduled tasks in line with agreed SLA's
- To administer HR systems and databases, developing, completing or signing off user acceptance testing on changes
- Analysis and review of data outputs providing recommendations as required
- Trend analysis / tracking and presentations of findings with associated recommendations
It would be enormously beneficial to come from a human resources background as the majority of the data you will be reporting on is from particular HR systems. You will have strong organisational skills, good communication skills and be very confident on microsoft excel, word and access.
