Graduate Recruitment Consultant/Trainee Consultant - Bristol, Manchester, London, UK
Vane are working in partnership with a hugely successful Recruitment Agency with offices in London, Bristol and Manchester. They had a record year turning over £25million and as a result are looking to continue expanding their team. They are looking for recent University Graduates who are looking to progress and move into a career in recruitment.
You will have a natural sales ability, be extremely driven, hungry, passionate, motivated and resilient. You will also have a University degree.
In this role, you will be looking to generate business relationships through cold calling businesses and looking to develop a working relationship, and offer them recruitment solutions, this is done through working off an internal database as well as generating your own leads online. You will also be responsible for filling vacancies, matching candidates to jobs and providing a 1st class service.
it is a really challenging role, but very rewarding. You can carve out a fantastic career for yourself, as well as superb earning potential and career progression.
