Account / Delivery Manager - Basingstoke, Hampshire
Our client is looking for an experienced Account / Delivery Manager to work with one of London's most prestigious accounts. You will be responsible for the delivery of a key client and set the account management strategy to deliver growth within the account. The Successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring Capita Resourcing are the number 1 supplier to the key account and for all incoming vacancies to be distributed to the most relevant Recruitment Consultant across the Capita offices, and that all openings are worked on in accordance with the relevant SLA as agreed.
Skills
* Work alongside the Financial Services and Insurance business helping them to maximise opportunities
* Receive live vacancies via means of a web-based portal and distribute to the most relevant Consultant. Hands on resourcing for high profile roles will also be required (45k - 130k)
* Track all recruitment activities to ensure all openings are worked in line with the relevant SLA.
* Attend client agency briefings with key contacts
* Collate management information
* Act as main point of contact for queries
* Experience of working with client IT portals e.g. IGRASP
* Speak to recruiters to ensure a full understanding of the vacancy and criteria to be met
* Good Organisational skills
* Excellent communication skills - clients, candidates, colleagues
* Ability to multi-task is essential
* Attention to detail is essential
