Are you available immediately, looking for an exciting role within a HR Department for a multi-national Company based in Hemel Hempstead?
We currently have a fantastic 6 month fixed term contract available for a bright, enthusiastic Recruitment Advisor.
The ideal applicant will have a strong background in a fast paced recruitment environment, with experience of using creative and innovative candidate sourcing methods.
You will be the first point of contact for all HR queries, and support the HR manager in key resourcing projects.
Ability to write job descriptions in line with the correct format is essential.
Knowledge of conducting competency based interviewing would be desireable, as would part of fully qualified CIPD.
